Is Privacy Dead?

"They say privacy is dead, if you've got nothing to hide, why does it still bother you?" This episode calls that what it is: a cop-out. Privacy was never about hiding. It's about whether you should have to expose yourself fully in the first place. We're moving into a world built to want your fingerprints on everything you touch, and protecting yourself is hard, but not impossible, because most of your exposure you volunteered for. How clean is your profile? Are your location settings on? Did you choose your devices for convenience or for privacy? You cannot complain about a surveillance you chose. Reclaiming privacy isn't a law that saves you, it's a thousand small choices that were always yours to make.
