The Atlas passage is free. The Thread is a one-time enrolment. The Witness is a monthly plan that runs for six months at most. The books, in ebook, audio and any other digital form, are one-time digital purchases.
Books and audiobooks are delivered to you instantly and cannot be returned once delivered. For that reason all sales of digital books and audio are final. This is standard for downloadable goods, and it is part of why the price is kept low.
The Thread is refunded in full at any time before your first session. Once your first session has started it is non-refundable, as the work is then underway. The Witness can be cancelled at any time from your account. It stops at the end of the month you have paid for, and months already paid are not refunded. If you do not cancel, it ends by itself after your sixth monthly payment. A six-month Witness bought before the price changed keeps the refund terms it was sold under.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, or you ran into a technical problem receiving what you bought, contact us promptly and we will put it right.
