The Atlas passage is free. The Thread and the Witness are one-time enrolments. The books, in ebook, audio and any other digital form, are one-time digital purchases. There are no subscriptions and no recurring billing.
Books and audiobooks are delivered to you instantly and cannot be returned once delivered. For that reason all sales of digital books and audio are final. This is standard for downloadable goods, and it is part of why the price is kept low.
Because these are guided work that has not yet begun at the time of purchase, a full refund is available at any time before your first session. Once your first session has taken place they are non-refundable, as the work is then underway.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, or you ran into a technical problem receiving what you bought, contact us promptly and we will put it right.
