Nobody tells you when you're finished

No one is going to tell you when you're finished. I was a therapist for twenty years, and for most of that time I didn't say it either. I'd say the door's always open, and what I really meant was come back next week. So you might be waiting for someone to tell you that you're done, and that day might never come.
