You did not build a bad life. You built a very impressive one, aimed at the wrong thing.

This is Part 3 of The Myth of Modern Men's Work, a five-part series.

For twenty years I worked in private practice as a licensed, practising therapist, most of my clients men, and I ran a men's movement before I walked away from it. In this part I show you why the harder you work, the worse it gets. You are a high-performance machine aimed at the wrong target, and the very things that make you good, your drive, your discipline, your willingness to sacrifice, are being used against you. You cannot out-earn a coherence problem. The money follows the coherence, never the other way around. And you do not have to give up the provision to fix it. You only have to change the direction you are aimed.

Watch all five before you make any large decision off the back of one.
