Nobody ever told you that you could stop being the easy child.

"The tragedy isn't that you compromised as a child. You had to. The tragedy is that no one told you when it was safe to stop."

From my book Compromise: The Ultimate Betrayal.

A small child can't stand alone, so they learn fast what keeps the adults close, and they become easy and no trouble at all. The trouble starts later, because nobody comes along at eighteen or thirty and says you can stop now.

Most people have a pattern like this running and don't know it's there. If you want to find yours, do the Atlas. It names the pattern running your life in a single sitting. It's free at codexofthearchitect.com

This is one transmission. The Atlas takes your own pattern and shows you the structure underneath it, free.
