Managing, coping, surviving is not success
My supervisor said a client was ready to leave therapy because they were managing, coping and surviving. And we called that success.
I sat there and thought, is that what we do? We help people get to the point where they're managing their lives, and we call it success.
I want more than that for people. I want them to understand why they do what they do, and to catch themselves in the space between stimulus and response, so they can make a more conscious choice.

Most people have a pattern like this running and don't know it's there. If you want to find yours, do the Atlas. It names the pattern running your life in a single sitting. It's free.
This is one transmission. The Atlas takes your own pattern and shows you the structure underneath it, free.
